Preface to New Edition 

1. I Have relished teaching Biochemistry during my more than Ten Year teaching experience in a medical, dental, nursing and health science colleges.
2. It was because of constant inspiration from my students that I could come up with Essentials Textbook of Biochemistry for Nursing book, which hopefully would meet the inadequacies the students face in other books.
3. In this age when the concepts in this subjects are constantly changing, this book attempts to summarize the fundamentals and current state of knowledge in Biochemistry.
